We offer classes and clinics to build cheerleading skills in a non-competitive, fun environment.
Teams are invited to special events and performances throughout the community.

Tiny Twisters - Pre K

Our Tiny Twisters program introduces cheerleading in a fun, low-pressure environment. Our team learns fundamental cheer skills through play and participates in special events and performances. 

TUMBLING & Skills Classes

Our tumbling class is open to all ages and skill levels. Coaches design specific drills to help athletes improve their tumbling skills.

Our Spring Technique & Performance class is a non-competitive, fun environment to introduce your child to cheerleading. The team practices one time per week and will perform a traditional style cheer routine in our spring showcase June 5.

APEX Cheer Lab

Our APEX Sports Academy is introducing The Cheer Lab this spring. Middle and High School athletes can stay in shape during the off season in this strength and conditioning class specifically designed for cheerleaders.
